You built or bought the pool. You maintain it, heat it, and pay to keep it running year round. For most homeowners that cost sits quietly in the background — necessary, but rarely recouped.
SwimFitz is a private swimming school operating across London and Hertfordshire. We deliver professional one-to-one lessons at clients’ home pools, and we regularly need access to additional pool time — after-school slots, weekends, and daytime hours across the week.
We pay you a regular agreed fee. We bring everything we need. We leave the pool exactly as we found it. You don’t need to be there, and you don’t need to do a thing.
Real Money for a Pool
You Already Own.
Every pool arrangement is different. We agree a rate that reflects your location, pool size, and slot availability. Here is a realistic picture of what pool owners earn with us.

What We Look For
In a Partner Pool.
We work with a range of pool types. If yours ticks the basics, get in touch — we will visit and tell you honestly whether it works for our lessons.
Pool Size
A minimum of 5 metres length allows comfortable one-to-one instruction. Wider pools are a bonus. Compact pools are worth a conversation — we have worked with smaller spaces for certain lesson types.
Heated & Year-Round
Our lessons run all year, so a heated pool is essential. If your pool is seasonal only, we may still have summer arrangements that work. Let us know your setup.
Location
We operate across Greater London and Hertfordshire. Central locations and areas with strong demand (North London, South West London, Herts villages) work best, but all areas considered.
Access & Parking
Ideally, the pool is reachable without clients walking through your home — a side gate, garden door, or dedicated pool entrance all work well. Nearby parking is useful but not essential. Access logistics are one of the first things we check on a visit.
Good Water Quality
We need the pool to meet standard hygiene requirements. If you have a regular maintenance schedule already in place, you are likely good to go.
Flexible Availability
We operate up to 7 days a week if demand supports it, or 5 days if you prefer. Peak slots are after school and at weekends — these fill first. Daytime slots are available but lower in demand. Tell us when your pool is free and we will work around it.

A fixed monthly payment, agreed in advance, for slots that suit your lifestyle. Your pool covers its own running costs — and then some.
Zero Risk to You
SwimFitz carries full public liability insurance for every session. You are not responsible for our clients during lessons. We handle our own risk entirely.
Complete Flexibility
You decide which slots are available. Holidays, house guests, maintenance days — block them out at any time. We plan around your availability, not the other way around.
We Handle Everything
We bring equipment, manage our clients, and leave the pool in the same condition we found it. You do not need to be present, assist, or interact with lessons in any way.
Discreet & Professional
All our clients are pre-booked adults or families — quiet, professional, respectful. Lessons are one-to-one with an instructor. No noise, no groups, no disruption.
Ongoing Partnership
We are not looking for a one-off hire. We want consistent pool access over months and years. A reliable arrangement that keeps paying you, season after season.

First Payment.
The whole process takes about a week. No paperwork until you are happy with the arrangement.

Pool Visit
We visit to see the pool, discuss access logistics, and make sure it is a good fit for the lessons we run. Usually a 30-minute visit, completely no-obligation.
Agree Terms
We agree an hourly or monthly rate, the weekly schedule, your blackout rules, and access arrangements. Simple written agreement — nothing complex.
Start Earning
Sessions start on agreed dates. You receive your first payment at the end of month one. From there it runs itself. We handle everything on our side.
